Desmond Delce, SHRM-SCP

Desmond is the founder and director of Novum Talent Advisory. He has experience as a general manager of a home care agency where he handled the hiring and termination of hundreds of workers.  He also created human resource policies for the company.

Desmond has experience in teaching, retail and restaurant management, and also as an underwriter for a bank and as a medical policy analyst for an insurance company.
He also taught English in Japan for four years. He has experience teaching English for the State Department of Education and also as a substitute teacher in Santa Clara, California and Hawaii.

He has Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Economics, a Master of Education in Teaching (MEdT) and a Master of Business Administration all from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.

He is able to speak Mandarin Chinese at a conversational level and Japanese also. His main hobby is reading, mostly science fiction, philosophy, and computer books.

He is learning Python, SQL, and R right now.
